Introduction to primary themes of American constitutional structure (judicial review, democracy, federalism, and separation of powers), their shaping and reshaping through cultural conflict over course of American history, and basic methods of constitutional interpretation (text, structure, history, precedent, consequences, identity, and aspirationalism).
