The Politics of Market Competition in a Global Economy


Course examines history and contemporary political, economic, and legal aspects of industrial policy and its development in East Asia. Explores evolution of economic competition or business-state relations thought and practice in East Asia over the past century, the recent rapid spread of innovative policies, as well as domestic and international conflicts and cooperation over competition policy.
