Dr. Pia Raffler is an Assistant Professor of Government at Harvard University, working at the intersection of political economy of development and comparative politics. Her research focuses on political accountability and public service provision, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa. She has received a number of prestigious awards from the American Political Science Association, include the Best Fieldwork Award and the Best Dissertation Award in Experimental Research. Dr. Raffler received her Ph.D. in Political Science from Yale University.
