Political Science Speaker Series: David Rueda (University of Oxford)

Dr. David Rueda is a Professor of Comparative Politics in the Department of Politics and International Relations at Oxford, and a Fellow of Nuffield College. He is currently the Keohane Distinguished Visiting Professor at Duke and UNC Chapel Hill. His research interests include comparative political economy, the politics of industrialized democracies, and comparative methods. Dr. Rueda is the author of two books: Social Democracy Inside Out (Oxford University Press) and Who Wants What? Redistribution Preferences in Comparative Perspective (Cambridge University Press, co-authored with Daniel Stegmueller). He received his PhD in Government from Cornell University.
