Annual Reporting Requirement

The Graduate School requires each graduate students to submit an annual report of progress towards degree. In our department, the report is due to the department's Graduate Program Coordinator by the date the Director of Graduate Studies assigns, usually around early April of each year. Failure to file this report will jeopardize your continuation in the program.

The Director of Graduate Studies (DGS) will certify to the Graduate School that your annual progress report has been submitted. In addition, this is an opportunity for the DGS to communicate with your advisor to ensure that you are getting the support you need to be successful in the program.
