Robert Allred

Robert Allred is a Ph.D. candidate specializing in Security, Peace & Conflict, with a focus on national security, intelligence, and foreign policy. His research focuses on Congressional oversight of the Intelligence Community, how political incentives influence this relationship, and how this interacts with IC transparency efforts to shape public opinion. He relies on novel datasets, original survey experiments, and machine learning techniques in his dissertation to understand how and why each influences the actions of the others.
